Would you recommend this practice to friends and family?
The NHS Friends and Family Test was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.
It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

We ask members of this Group questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.
Members are contacted via email which usually includes a short survey.
