Biggleswade Cancer Support Group
The Cancer Support Group Biggleswade & Surrounding Villages is a non-profit voluntary self help organisation.
The group is open to all individuals touched by any type of cancer, as well as their friends and families. The group is formed to give everyone the support and strength to move forward together, rather than on your own.
Biggleswade Good Neighbour
Biggleswade Good Neighbours are a group of residents who volunteer their time to assist any resident of who does not have close family or friends to help with these tasks.

Ivel Sprinter Community Bus
The Ivel Sprinter is a Bedfordshire's community bus schemes. It is designed to serve the Biggleswade and Sandy rural areas, providing all members of the public with a local service which enables them to make journeys that are not available with other commercial operators.

Mind in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes offers a wide range of services that are tailored to meet the individual needs of people accessing support. This might include development of an action plan to work towards recovery using a range of options or simply enabling access to 1 to 1 support through counselling or mentoring.
They have local groups in Biggleswade and Sandy where you can gain access to their support and services including activities ranging from cookery to creative writing.
Tibbs Dementia Foundation
Tibbs Dementia Foundation is a Registered Charity dedicated to providing a range of quality, accessible, creative & relevant support services, activities & opportunities for people living with all stages of dementia (or significant cognitive impairment) and their family carers & supporters within the local area.
Walk 4 Health Bedfordshire
Walk 4 Health Bedfordshires will help you to get fitter while meeting new people.
The weekly walks, organised by the Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity (BRCC) as part of a national scheme managed by The Ramblers, are free and open to all. They will be of special interest to those who do not currently take much exercise.
They usually last about 40 minutes. Led by local volunteers, people are encouraged to walk at their own pace, safe in the knowledge that they are walking with trained leaders, one of whom will remain at the back of the group with the slowest walkers.
